(Madrid, 5th November, 2014) Gestamp Wind the wind energy division of Gestamp Renewables (Corporación Gestamp), has win two new energy sale contracts in Brazil during 20 years for two wind farms.
These two projects are located in Rio Grande Do Norte, Brazil. This supposes an investment approximate of 70 million Euros and revenue of 10 million euros per year during 20 years.
With this contract Gestamp Wind has over 436 megawatts (MW)in Brazil, which 112 MW are in operation while 128 MW are under construction, and the rest is planned the construction between 2015 and 2017....
Gestamp Wind is launching several social actions with the purpose of contributing to the development and growth of the areas where the company has presence.
The company is building 5 wind farms in the region of Lagoa Nova (Brazil), where it is located São Pedro, a rural town where it has begun to pave an area of 3,500 m² and a computer center will be built fully equipped soon.

Last 27th of June, Gestamp Wind signed an agreement to finance the construction of a wind farm with a capacity of 10 MW in Pawlow, Poland.
This funding, a 15-year loan for 12 million euros (75% of eligible project costs) will be a priority under the National Fund "Support for distribution and renewable energy." (NDOSIGW). The objective of this project is to increase the amount of electricity produced from renewable energy sources.
